How can you make a difference?
The Floating Programme Associate(G-6) is part of the Programme function and serves as a flexible resource providing programme support across multiple programme sections, and remote support to the Gaziantep Field Office, as needed. The incumbent may be assigned to support different teams based on business needs, workload priorities, emergency requirements, staffing gaps, or surge demands.
Operating within a matrix environment, the incumbent collaborates closely with Programme colleagues, as well as implementing partners and external stakeholders. Assignments may span multiple sectors including Education, Child Protection, Social Policy, ADAP, ECD, Emergency Response, Field Office and cross-cutting programme priorities.
The role is designed to strengthen organizational agility and business continuity by providing high-quality remote support where capacity is most needed.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
Minimum requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary education is required
Work Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience in program management, grants management, budget management, data analysis, reporting, partnership management, knowledge management, event management, capacity building, emergency management
Skills: stakeholder collaboration, reporting and dashboards, problem solving, digital dexterity
Language Requirements: English – Proficient/Fluent
Desirables:
Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language
Professional and/or university courses related in business administration, public administration, international development, social sciences, project management, finance, data analytics, information systems, statistics, communications fields are highly desirable
